About the Role
Eire Ed is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable Science & Biology Teacher to join the faculty of a top-tier secondary school in Vancouver. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school that values academic excellence, student engagement, and innovative teaching practices.
In this role, you’ll deliver a comprehensive science curriculum, with a strong focus on Biology at both junior and senior levels. You’ll guide students through key concepts in cellular biology, genetics, ecology, and human anatomy, while encouraging inquiry-based learning and critical thinking. Experience with senior biology courses, including AP or IB, is an asset but not essential.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll have the opportunity to lead or support a range of co-curricular science activities such as STEM clubs, science fairs, field research projects, or environmental initiatives. The school offers excellent laboratory facilities, a collaborative department, and a student body that is engaged, curious, and eager to learn.
